We all need support and advice on our performance to be able to develop. A referee mentor can help you with this.
Through our Referee Academy programme, we offer excellent support and development for new referee's and referee's looking to develop in the game. As part of this programme referees receive:
- Onsite coaching
- Observations and feedback
- Action plans and development targets
- Mentoring
Would you like to be a mentor?
- Support new referees through experience and good practice
- Give back to the referee community
- Help and guide others to stay in the game
- Develop confidence, understanding and enthusiasm in individuals
