New pan-disability league coming soon!
With more opportunities than ever for disabled people to get involved in football in our region, the Sheffield & Hallamshire County FA has ambitions to launch a new pan-disability league.
With over 936 registered disabled players within the Sheffield & Hallamshire region, a thriving independent South Yorkshire Ability Counts League, and a growing appetite from clubs to develop their disability football provision, the new pan-disability league aims to meet the high demand in our county for league-based football from disability teams and players.
The league, which will be open to players aged 16 and above with a broad spectrum of impairments and health conditions, is set to kick off soon and individuals and teams interested in joining are being encouraged to express their interest.
