FA DBS Applications

Club Welfare Officers (CWOs) can support club coaches and volunteers with their FA DBS application.  The process is completed via the Whole Game System and your CWO will verify your identification documents.

For support with FA DBS applications please contact Safeguarding@SheffieldFA.com

Additional Requirements and Recommendations

In order to ensure that football is safe, fun and inclusive, it’s important that all volunteers involved have access to correct and up to date information.

The documents below provide further information about requirement and recommendations for volunteers involved in both adult and youth football.

We encourage volunteers, players and parents to access safeguarding information from both their club and also The FA.

We all have a responsibility to ensure children and young people are as safe as possible whilst in our care.
